ProductMoving gradients, shipped as code

gradients.sh is a library of live, animated gradient components for React. Mesh blobs, aurora curtains, rolling waves, grainy blends and radial glows render on the GPU in real time, loop seamlessly and follow your theme's CSS variables.

Every component installs with the shadcn CLI as source code you own: it runs from your own bundle, and you can change any line. Plain HTML pages, Framer and other no-code tools can use the one-line embed script instead.

EngineHow it renders

Each gradient draws with WebGPU when the browser has a hardware GPU and WebGL2 otherwise; both draw the same frame. A browser with neither keeps the CSS gradient rendered behind the canvas, and visitors who prefer reduced motion see one still frame.

A page runs a bounded number of GPU surfaces, nearest first, and drops resolution or frame rate under heavy load, so a gradient never takes the page down with it.

Free · ProWhat's free and what's Pro

The free components, the gradient engine and the free presets are MIT licensed. Use them anywhere, commercial work included.

Pro adds interactive, glass, dither and shader effects plus more than 150 tuned presets, with a commercial license. See pricing and the license.

AgentsBuilt for agents too

Coding agents are first-class users. Every page has a Markdown version, llms.txt explains how to install anything, and the API lets an agent connect to a Pro account with a one-click device login.

TeamWho makes it

gradients.sh is made by Leo, an independent developer. There's no support team in between: questions, bug reports and feature ideas go straight to the person who writes the code.
